I have a Honda 15 hp four stroke long shaft. Go on a skiff sight unseen lower unit is junk . Have not fired up butt turns over good ,has oil ,and has spark has electric start ,trim tilt ,a pull start , engine is complete decent cowling , and Dug in to this a little . So I will call a parts motor , guy told me it run . But he broke lower unit trying to change water pump. I took apart and one fin off water pump. Same case as 20 hp . Same year range 1 bought new motor and not intrested in working on this any further. Call Dave if interested 907 six 8 seven 20 seven five .call or text do not check email very often
