Excellent condition kids low loft bed with mattress. Only one child slept on for 2.5 years since she was 6, with no accidents whatsoever. Non-smoking, clean family. Made sure to buy the sturdier 400lb capacity option as well as the staircase (can be attached on either side). I even placed custom cut plywood under the mattress for even better support/longevity. Bought for nearly $500 in 2022.
