This is a hands-on position with a wide range of responsibilities throughout the year. Duties include seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in the winter and lawn care in the summer, along with general property upkeep and repairs.
Responsibilities may include:
Maintaining and monitoring property water systems (basic knowledge required; training available)
Changing water filters and performing routine maintenance
Basic electrical tasks such as replacing outlets
Hot tub cleaning and maintenance
Light painting and property touch-ups
Small construction and general handyman projects
Identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they become larger problems
General upkeep of cabins, suites, and common areas
All properties are family-owned and non-smoking, and maintaining a clean and professional presence is important.
Because this position requires access to guest rooms, a background check will be required before keys are issued.
