We purchased this Saxophone new from Sweetwater a few months ago, as our son wanted to try playing the Saxophone. Turns out a reeded instrument just really wasn’t his cup of tea, and he’ll stick to the brass family of instruments…he only played it probably around 12 times. It is easily playable however, as he learned to play Amazing Grace on it quite quickly. That being said, it is an absolutely gorgeous instrument with beautiful character and tone. There is one very small lacquer defect on the front edge of the bell, which is shown in the photos.
