Are you passionate about supporting older adults in finding meaningful work? Do you enjoy connecting people with resources and opportunities in your community? Join SERRC’s Mature Alaskans Seeking Skills Training (MASST) Program as our new MASST Coordinator!

About the Role:
The MASST Coordinator helps mature Alaskans (55+) overcome barriers to employment by:

- Recruiting and supporting program participants
- Assessing skills, creating employment plans, and matching participants with host sites
- Helping seniors build confidence, learn new skills, and re-enter the workforce
- Collaborating with community partners, agencies, and employers to promote training and job opportunities

This role is a great fit if you enjoy working with people, coordinating programs, and making a real difference in your community.

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid Alaska driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
- Experience with education, employment, or training programs
- Familiarity with local community resources a plus
