I have a 97 30' 5th wheel RV trailer for sale. It's a Innsbrook Gulfstream with a single pop out that works. It is livable immediately or give it a full restoration.
Pros:
I went through most of the electrical and refurbished it:
New power converter for charging batteries,
new breakers,
new power cord,
new refrigerator because the old one was tripping the GFCI outlet I was plugged into,
new marine grade water pump for fresh water.
Pop-out works,
Head & shower work well,
A/C works as far as I know as I only turned it on to check if it turned on,
Stove works,
Water heater works,
Was repainted inside before I got it.
Cons:
Needs some TLC as it's almost 30 years old,
Window fell out of it when transporting it home last and needs replaced, I patched it with an insulated foam board,
Needs some plastic water pipe fittings replaced where it connects to the water pump(couldn't find the right fittings but can be ordered on Amazon probably),
Does not have a furnace in it, it had a toyo stove in it but I sold that since I had no use for it, I do however have an electric radiator heater I can include with it.
It requires a true 5th wheel hitch to pull it(NOT A GOOSE NECK),
I am however selling my truck with a 5th wheel hitch as well and can work out a package deal.
