Due to a leak running along the plastic panels, the flooring plywood needs replaced. Otherwise it's a quick fixer upper, lots of potential as it's been set up with clean water and dirty water tanks, a shower, a bathroom, a bed. Fully spray foam insulated for heat retention.

I purchased for the 7,000 lb axles, I'll be removing them before or after it moved.

Come take a look at it in Kenai.

Lots of potential, could either put a set of mobile home trailer axles under it and use it as a enclosed work trailer, turn it back into a horse trailer, hunting toy hauler, stationary cabin or cute b&b.
